Diamond Club Ticketing Procedure
At the start of each year, Members will receive a schedule of the stadium’s confirmed sporting events highlighting the high demand games. This will also be available on the Diamond Club website.
Members will be encouraged to nominate the preferred events they wish to attend. These nominations can be made six weeks prior to the event by email, telephone or by fax allowing both the Member and the Diamond Club Manager to plan ahead. All requests will be confirmed by the Diamond Club Manager.
Guest passes will only be available for pre-nominated events as outlined at the beginning of the year. Members are asked to submit event requests, including any additional guest pass requests, no later than 12 noon on the Thursday prior to the event.
Late bookings will be subject to availability and all late requests will require approval from the Diamond Club Manager*.
*For all late bookings, tickets will be available for collection at the stadium on the day.

High Demand Game Procedure
For high demand games such as Friday night AFL matches and some international events, due to the Club’s capacity it may be necessary to re-configure the dining areas in order to accommodate as many Members as possible.
Ticketing will be limited to two tickets per membership and guest ticketing for these events will be subject to availability. The Club’s external viewing seat capacity is limited to 40 therefore all confirmed bookings will be allocated either an external viewing seat or a window table on Levels 4 and 5 in lieu of outdoor seating.
Overflow Arrangements
In the event of the Diamond Club reaching capacity, Members will be presented with the following options:
• Members will be offered two Medallion Club seats per membership in the Medallion Club seating bowl for the nominated event without affecting their Diamond Club allocation. Members are welcome to then make dining arrangements within the Medallion Club.
• If a Member requires pre-arranged dining, Members will be provided with two seats in the Medallion Club together with dining for two in the Medallion Club Grille Steakhouse. This allocation will be deducted from your Diamond Club allocation.
Additional Medallion Club guest ticketing and dining will be charged at $295 per person. Alternatively you can opt to have these packages deducted from your Members’ Diamond Club allocation.
All booking requests can be submitted by telephone, fax or email. The Diamond Club Manager will confirm all booking requests and send your entry and parking tickets at least one week prior to the nominated event. The booking request forms are available on the Diamond Club website.
